Watching the News | Fatal Conveniences™

There’s a lot going on in the world – all the time. It’s important to stay informed by staying on top of the latest news, but how much is too much? The constant barrage of negative information pouring into your brain has significant consequences. It’s time to take a stand against this information overload.

Welcome to Fatal Conveniences™.

Do you really need to know what’s going on in the world 24/7?

Listen, I like to stay on top of what’s going on in the world as much as the next guy. In my line of work, it’s entirely necessary. However, there is no logical reason why you need to know what’s going on every second of every day. It used to be that we came from work, watched an hour of the news before bed, and that was it. Not anymore!

We are constantly hit with information – not all of it accurate – 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We get alerts on our phone, messages on social media and dozens of 24/7 TV “news” channels to choose from. And guess what? The majority of the information we’re consuming is all negative. Negativity breeds negativity; there’s no way around that fact.

Constantly watching, reading and consuming the news affects your brain, your body and your health. It’s time we took our control back and broke the cycle. Help me do it!
