30 Oct Immunity-Boosting, Natural Flu Shot Recipe
Here is a great antibiotic, antiviral shot you can make right in your own kitchen. It just uses simple, whole food ingredients, but they combine to create an anti-flu and cold “bomb” against any viruses or bacteria.
Blender or Food Processor
3-4 whole lemons
1/2 inch ginger
1 small clove of garlic
1 tbsp raw, local honey
5 drops of oregano oil
STEPS TO SOMETHING DELICIOUS
Remove the peel from 1/2 inch ginger and scrap the skin off 1 clove of garlic. Set aside.
Squeeze the lemons until you get 1 cup of juice. Each lemon usually has 1/4 to 1/3 cups juice.
Blend the lemon juice, ginger, and garlic with honey and oregano oil.
It will be strong and potent to the taste so I recommend drinking 1 small 1 oz. shot at a time.
You can refrigerate the mixture for up to 3 days. Take small ‘shots’ each day to kick out any virus or bacteria you may have lurking in your system.
