In my book, I advise that you “start every day with food chosen and prepared with love and gratitude.” Having an “attitude of gratitude” in the morning (and throughout the day) is an important part of living a SuperLife that needs to start from the moment you wake up. How you spend your first waking minutes determines how the rest of your day goes and that’s today’s challenge.

Challenge 1: Before you eat breakfast, stop, take a deep breath, and express some gratitude. I highly recommend saying it out loud.

This challenge may see too easy to end on, but I promise you it is LIFE CHANGING. I actually say the sixth Life Force is attitude. It literally changes EVERYTHING.
