Today I am offering you the greatest challenge ever… Ready? It is TO BREATHE! We all aren’t breathing! Find time to slow down and breathe today. In my book, I talk a lot about the breath because it’s easily overlooked, but insanely powerful for your body’s function. “Breathing with your nose is one of the best stress reductions you can perform.”

Challenge 2: Take a DEEP breath today at least ONCE EVERY HOUR. Set a timer on your phone or watch to remind yourself. Fill your body with oxygen.
