So in the last challenge you were a mixologist, but in this challenge I would you to MIX up your movement!

Your body and mind always want variety. Remember, your body gets bored just like your mind does, meaning if you do the same exercises every day your body adapts and gets bored and your mind, well, it might as well be watching paint dry. So, today in the challenge you need to MIX IT UP!

Challenge 3: Try doing a new sort of workout or physical activity! Whether it be going for a hike instead of a run or going for a run instead of hike, SHAKE IT UP!

And if you really want to take it to the next level, try something COMPLETELY new or something you might rarely do. And most importantly: HAVE FUN!!
