Xbox | Fatal Conveniences™

Video games have been a global obsession for decades now. Although gaming may be a fun way to pass the time, some invisible dangers come from the game system itself. You don’t need to quit playing video games, but you need to be more aware, especially when it comes to your Xbox.

Welcome to Fatal Conveniences™.

There are 2.5 billion gamers across the globe.

One in every three people love playing video games. Although I did enjoy my fair share of old-school systems as a kid, I can’t say I’m a gamer now. But I understand the obsession, and I’m not here to judge.

I want you to be aware of the potential radiation coming from your Xbox console. By design, an Xbox works more like a computer than a game system, and they don’t ever shut off. Unless you unplug the power source, your Xbox is continuously generating dangerous EMF and microwave radiation. These invisible waves can inflict countless adverse side effects.

Don’t worry, you don’t have to toss out your video games. But there are several things you can do to mitigate your exposure to the EMFs and radiation coming from your game system. In this segment, I’ll break down the science and research behind this information, and give you plenty of suggestions to change your habits. Game your heart out. Just do it safely, guys.

Darin: It’s that time of the week for another fatal convenience. This is a bite-size segment that addresses some of society’s fatal conveniences and the steps you can take to avoid becoming a victim of them. I define fatal conveniences as the things we may be doing because the world we live in makes us believe we have to, tap water, shampoo, sunglasses, food. I dive into the hidden truths behind some of our everyday choices that could not only be harming us but even killing us, so let’s dive in.

Darin: Hey, everybody, welcome back to the show, The Fatal Convenience Show. This segment that I love to do revealing, uncovering things that may be harming you that you may not have thought about but your body and your being is dealing with every day, so thank you. I had a little break shooting Down To Earth and kind of re-entry working on a ton of business stuff. I actually signed and I’m starting fatal convenience book that I’ll be working on for the next 6 plus months. So I’m all about fatal convenience. I’m stoked to have a back. I keep these segments of fatal conveniences short and compact, so they’re beneficial for you to get and hopefully then implement and change in your life because that’s what it’s all about, to be aware so that you have more choice. When you have more choice, you have more ability to help yourself and to improve your life, not being beaten up on the side of all of these modern conveniences that we’ve put in our way. Now, that’s actually becoming hurdles for our optimal health. That’s the point of all of this stuff. So I’m stoked to have you back. I’m stoked to be able to reveal to you more fatal conveniences. This one today is for the 2 billion people out there that love to play video games. Sorry to say, there are some ways that you will be able to mitigate what I’m about to say, so don’t be demoralized right away. But I’m going to center around Xbox. So the Xbox was created by four young men at Microsoft who revolutionized the gaming industry, made it convenient. Now millions of games, literally, millions of games can be played by literally billions of people. I had no idea. I don’t play these things. I did as a kid way back when Pong and Atari, all of that stuff I played but I do not spend time doing this stuff. For me, one of the other fatal conveniences that I’m not gonna get into is a waste of time. But I understand billions of people doing it so I have to talk about it. Certainly, during the pandemic, the surge has been monstrous, it’s been huge. Obviously, people at home and Microsoft have gained a lot of profit in this, but I want to talk about the massive exposure to different types of radiation that I’m going to unpack. So the history a little bit, just so you have a context, originally dubbed Direct X box. The console was intended for first game systems built like a PC and that’s the difference. It had the flexibility, the power, the gaming to rig the console and bring to the market. In 2001, Bill Gates with the help, I didn’t even know this, of Dwayne The Rock Johnson revealed the final design of the Xbox at The Consumer Electronics Expo in Vegas and that was in 2001. In 2002, Xbox Live transformed the gaming industry making it possible to download new content, take multiple player interaction to a new level and players to connect worldwide live. So that’s got to be crazy. Fun Facts are wondering what country has the most prominent gaming markets. As of 2019, the US racked in about 36.87, to be exact, billion dollars in gaming. What? Whoa, this makes it a leader. Okay, well, now we’re a leader in Xbox gaming. We’re wasting our time the most. I don’t mean to dig a bunch of you gamers. No problem, if you want to choose to do this, that’s on you. Let’s just put also in context, the Xbox Live was an instant hit. Microsoft launched Xbox Live in 2002 like I said. By 2006, this is in 2006 now, users had already spent an equivalent of 200,000 years, or 65 million days playing games. Think about that. Talk about not creating your life. I’m not even talking about– that’s the fatal convenience, wasting time. Think of if the world put 200,000 years equivalence of everyone working on solving world’s issues, we could change the world. And we actually should. The world is bonkers right now. So what if we took all the Xbox people and time and put it to innovation, creation, and creating a new world of sovereignty, water, power, food, shelter, and freedom? What if we did that? I just went off. That’s not even what I was going to talk about but that is something to think about, 2.5 billion is the number of gamers on a global scale. Close to 3 billion people around the globe are into gaming. To be more specific, Xbox stats show that one in every three people is a video game lover. We have the source for that information from Tech jury. Why is Xbox convenient? Well, it’s a bloody good waste of time. It feels like it’s reality, right? It feels like you’re doing it, which not even getting into the fatal convenience of the adrenaline, the stress that goes on in the body. Players did not have to leave their couch to connect with their friends in the virtual world. Newer consoles are enabling video game characters to become so real using 4k environments. That is crazy, right? So it gets more and more real, you feel like you’re doing it. But yet, your body is only really receiving the negative benefits, the EMF and the cortisol and the stress response. Yes, it can improve cognitive interaction and speed, and neurology. Perhaps, yes, but we didn’t get into that on this one. One of the biggest complaints associated with more recent Xbox consoles, namely, the Xbox One onwards is that they don’t turn off. And this is very important as we move forward here. The console simply goes to sleep when they’re not being used. And through that process, they’re not turning off. That is a big deal as we unpack what is going on with these things. The Xbox continues communicating with the internet when not in use. That is basically a massive computer phone type situation, pulling in huge amounts of EMF, frequency, and interacting all the time. So think about that. If it’s in your children’s rooms, you’re dealing with a cell tower in your room. And all of that data is going back and forth, back and forth, back and forth all at the same time. The electric bill is crazy. Constantly, this frequency, radiation frequency signals are happening all the time. So it isn’t on standby, it’s all the time, radiating all the time. Should I say that again? All the time. We’ll put it in the show notes. There’s EMF sensor video out there that we can put in and you can see this for yourself so that you can use RF frequency devices and see this crazy amount of EMFs coming off of these things. And then the effects, we’ve done many episodes. We did an episode on Bluetooth. So now you now have Bluetooth in your hands, Bluetooth in your head. So now all of those frequency generators are now on your body while you’re playing this from a massive device that’s communicating all the time. They have shown that all of this radiation has massive health effects and think about now, the hours and hours and hours your kids increase headaches migraines, anxiety, depression, sleep problems, heart problems, infertility, ADD, ADHD, and autism. These things are all linked. Crazy. Again, this is not me saying this. This is in the data. Children are much more at risk. So a lot of times they don’t take into the effect that their heads are smaller, skulls are thinner, and up to 20 years that the brains are still developing brain tissue, the fluid in the tissue conduct, understand the body is conductor, bone marrow, eyes absorb, all the frequency on the head in the hands from the device, these things are all effective. Now check out my other fatal convenience on Bluetooth in your head and then you can get all of that information. But this is high-frequency radiation in the hands, in the head, and from the device in the room. This is a bad thing. If you have it, put that together by now, this is crazy. So all those wireless controllers, all are Bluetooth, this means that there’s constant two-way communication. It’s going back and forth between you and the device. And then the communication between the Wi-Fi routers, smartphones, smart tablets that probably got their phone next to them, holy cow. This is just crazy the amount of radiation that’s being affected. And of course, that affects cellular communication. It forces out calcium out of the cells, these things create sympathetic stress in the body. And this adds up to be a big problem. Now, the other crazy thing, which I didn’t know, the Xbox also emits microwave radiation. That’s right, you heard it right. Microwave radiation, which is a slightly shorter wavelength, does other detrimental effects. So, therefore, now you’re getting hit with that radiation frequency emitting all the time from the device. These levels are very inconsistent. So they go up and down, slamming into your body. And again, there’s all this information that we can have available to you in the show notes. Xbox will consistently try to connect to the Wi-Fi signal, yadda, yadda, yadda. And also this Xbox has a transformer, so all these electric things are going back and forth being regulated all the time. And where there are electric fields, there are magnetic fields. So magnetic fields are always in conjunction with electric fields. So these things have a whole other side of stressing your body on a magnetic field aspect. So these things are incredibly stressful in the body. They’re affecting the stress response. They’re affecting calcium going into the cell. They’re affecting the electric fields, the natural electric fields, and the magnetic fields of the body suppressing the natural balance affecting ADD, ADHD, depression, increasing stress response, and cortisol. This is a big problem. And so you’re getting the dopamine hit of playing, but you’re getting the suppression and the depression on the other side because you’re not living in reality. So this is something that is a big deal. So here are some things that you can do to mitigate this very addictive way of living playing these things. Wire up your controllers. This won’t affect the game. Plug them back in so they’re not on your hands radiating your blood going through your body. Think about electric medicine has been around for a long time. Electric diagnostic has been around for a long time. EKG’s magnetic resonance, like the body x-rays, you know that the body can measure the electric fields, it can measure and look at the body in these ways. The same thing about all of this stress, electric fields, it’s affecting your body in a big way. So plug those controllers back in. When you’re done with the machine, unplug it because it does not. I’m telling you when you power it down, it’s on standby all the time. So unplug it. Take it out of your children’s room, put them on time-restricted use of this stuff. Take it out of their fricking room. It is detrimental and abusive to the child’s health. We have RF shielding gloves you can find on Amazon. So yes, you can wear gloves if you’re not plugging these things back in at distance to yourself and the box itself, and don’t use it while charging. So you can charge the remote ones but then that increases the EMF signal into your hands exponentially. So don’t use them when you’re trying to charge them. This is a very bad idea. And try to use ethernet cables if they even make those anymore. Okay, so those are some things to mitigate that but please be aware parents, be aware that your children are getting at least three forms of incredibly intense RF frequencies: microwaves, EMFs from the controllers, from the headsets if they’re Bluetooth, horrible idea, and the console itself, and the Wi-Fi signals and the cell phone and they’re sitting in a room for hours on end. Use your awareness, take some of these measures to take it out of their rooms, take it out of their hands. Plug these things back in and at least make some of the things a little better. And then mitigate their time using it. Okay? That’s my Xbox EMF mitigation fatal convenience. This is definitely a fatal convenience. Sorry to stick it to you if you’re massive gamers, but take some measures to let your body get back to its natural rhythms and into nature. Okay, love you all. Be aware, be a better version of yourself every day.

And if you haven’t had a chance to check out the interview, I released earlier on the week, here’s what you missed:

Philippe: NOAA, the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, which is like our NASA for the ocean and the atmosphere here on Earth, the budget for ocean exploration, NOAA’s budget is around 500 million. We’ve got a little helicopter that can fly on Mars, I’m sorry, but who gives a crap? We’re spending billions and billions of dollars to go fart around on the red planet. I’m not against science but at a certain point, we are watching ecosystems collapse on this planet. We know very little still about how our entire ocean systems work. The education is still, in my opinion, paltry in with respect to natural systems. And we’re spending all this money. It’s like Mary Antoinette being, let them eat cake. What are people going to eat? What are people going to drink? How are we dealing with mass migrations of folks from issues like climate change? Oh, it’s so wonderful, there is a microbe on Mars. Isn’t that fantastic? But people can’t eat that, people can’t drink that, people can’t breathe that.
