Almond Butter Apple Rings

1 medium apple
2 tbsp raw almond butter
Optional Toppings of choice (see suggestions below)
STEPS TO SOMETHING DELICIOUS
Core the apple using an apple corer or a knife. Slice apple length-wise into four apple ring slices. (Fun shape, right?) Cover with almond butter and add your favorite toppings. Get creative – these pair well with a lot of healthy options.
Topping suggestions:
Dried cranberries or goji berries
Crushed nuts
Unsweetened shredded coconut
Cinnamon
Powdered ginger
Cacao nibs
