Zach Bush: A Wake-Up Call for Humanity: The Truth About Our Collapsing System and the Future of Health for Humanity and the Planet

Our world is on the brink of collapse, and ultra-processed food is one of the major culprits. Our economic system is designed to maximize profits, often at the expense of our health and the environment. The shift from valuing nature and holistic practices to focusing on chemical compounds and wealth creation has led to unprecedented levels of mental illness, chronic inflammation, reliance on heavily processed food, and environmental damage – including pollution and over-exploitation of resources.

In this episode, I’m joined by Zach Bush, dives into the truths about our failing system, the detrimental health effects of ultra-processed food, and the incredible power of nature to heal and restore. This episode is a wake-up call to humanity to confront these shocking truths, acknowledge these issues, and actively work towards a healthier reality.

Zach Bush MD is a physician specializing in internal medicine, endocrinology and hospice care. He is an internationally recognized educator and thought leader on the microbiome as it relates to health, disease, and food systems. Dr. Zach founded *Seraphic Group and the nonprofit Farmer’s Footprint to develop root-cause solutions for human and ecological health.

His passion for education reaches across many disciplines, including topics such as the role of soil and water ecosystems in human genomics, immunity, and gut/brain health. His education has highlighted the need for a radical departure from chemical farming and pharmacy, and his ongoing efforts are providing a path for consumers, farmers, and mega-industries to work together for a healthy future for people and the planet.

This epidsode with Zach Bush was epic! I have been listening to your podcast daily for quite some time. I’m in the middle of reading Superlife, and will soon be purchasing Fatal Conveniences. You and everyone you bring onto your show has helped transform our lives. My wife and I have been living and breathing a better life thanks to the hard work and sweat you have put in. The least I can do as a thank you is to help share your work to others and get people to wake up. Back to my barukas. You’re the man!
