Diversity of eating, which includes #eatingtherainbow, is so important for long-term #health. Today I’m challenging you to break out of your food ruts and eat a rainbow of foods! RED: beets, cherries, red bell peppers. ORANGE: apricots, squash, and sweet potatoes. YELLOW: lemons, squash, pineapples. BLUE & PURPLE: blackberries, blueberries, eggplant, turnips, & purple cabbage.
