Today’s #LOVEHowYouLive Challenge is all about INTENTION – and being aware of what’s going in your body! I intentionally bring an “attitude of gratitude” into my daily life by having the word GRATITUDE etched into my favorite water bottle. It’s a simple reminder I see all the time because I am drinking A LOT of water all day long.
Your challenge for the day: Create the attitude you want by being aware and grateful for what goes in your body today! Write down what you are grateful for or what your intention is for today. Attitude is something I emphasize in my book – have you ordered your copy yet?
